Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy
We are a direct-pay provider via SUFS. If you will be paying us directly and requesting reimbursement from the scholarships, you may submit the invoice you received from our invoicing system. Schedules and calendars can be found on our website. Upon request, we can separate family invoices out by student. This will still be a system-generated invoice.
Payment is typically due 2 weeks prior to the start date of programs, per quarter, or as indicated on the invoice. Payments that are not received by the due date will be charged a $25 late fee biweekly, billed at the start of the week. This includes EMA service requests. If you are paying via EMA and have insufficient funds until the next drop, there will be a flat fee of $50 per quarter/invoice. If your payment is late, please email camphsr@gmail.com once it has been submitted. If this email is not received, your payment will not be counted until it is recorded by staff and therefore may be subject to additional late fees. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for the first quarter drop only. A written request must be sent to camphsr@gmail.com for documentation. Verbal exceptions may not be honored.
Cancellation Policy
Registration is done per semester/school year, as provided. Staffing, curriculum, and supplies are planned accordingly. Cancellations must be received prior to the first day of all programs. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations between quarters. EMA service requests must remain in the Camp HSR! account if your student will no longer be attending.
Academic courses are a yearlong commitment as licensing and materials for the courses must be paid for in advance. Prime Time programming can be updated at the semester.
Your spot is held and considered paid once we have received the appropriate EMA service request, with your invoice updated accordingly for our records. Funds may not be cancelled by the parent once they have been submitted without approval from Camp HSR! If there is an overage or cancellation, funding must be released by Camp HSR! Parents may not modify or cancel service requests in EMA once they have been submitted to the school.
